Extended Sessions
Our 80 minute sessions provide extra time for clients who may benefit from a longer, more in-depth appointment.
We can also accommodate longer sessions or multiple sessions per week at patients request.
These sessions can be helpful for initial appointments, more complex concerns, CBT or when there are multiple issues you would like to explore in one session.
With additional time to talk through your needs, your psychologist can work with you at a more comfortable pace and provide more comprehensive support tailored to your situation.
This extended session can be requested or is sometimes recommended for you depending on your goals and needs.

- How do Medicare rebates work? We will submit the rebate claim at the end of each day, ensuring your funds are returned to you as soon as possible.
- Can I claim through private health insurance? Yes, depending on the fund we can claim this for you, or we can provide the relevant documentation to.
- When do I need to pay? 24 hours prior to your appointment.
- How do online appointments work? You will receive a link to your Telehealth appointment once your payment is complete. Please click this link 5-10 minutes before your appointment time to ensure you are on time in case of technical difficulties.
- What happens if my internet cuts out? Please call our number and we will do everything in our power to restore the connection, if we cannot your appointment will be rescheduled at no cost to yourself.
